First, we will refresh the basic skills necessary for conducting rescue operations in difficult mountain terrain in small groups. Such as belay escapes, using pulley systems, hauling and lowering the injured climber, extending the rope during lowering and more. After that, we will work on solving specific challenges that may arise in real-life situations.
The program is not suitable for beginners. In order to participate, you should have some mountaineering experience. You should be familiar with basic knots, belaying techniques, abseiling, and jumaring. These topics are covered in our "Introductory to Mountaineering" Training Course. This is an advanced course. Basic mountain rescue techniques are covered in the "Self-Rescue" Training Course.
