AID climbing
AID Climbing
AID climbing - Type of rock climbing where artificial devices are used to make upward progress (and not just for protection); opposite of free climbing.
About the program
During the course, you will learn all the necessary skills for AID climbing on difficult rocky terrain in the mountains. We will work with various types of climbing equipment, considering the difference between points for progression and points for protection. We will also focus on ergonomic and speed, as speed in mountaineering is not only important for the success of an ascent, but also for safety.

AID climbing is an essential part of safe and confident alpine climbing. This program is a part of our "Mountaineering course".
